Guidance for eligible returns, damage claims, and refunds.

Return window
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request an eligible return unless applicable law requires otherwise. Do not ship an item before receiving instructions.
Return condition
Items should be unused, dry, clean, complete, uninflated where applicable, and returned with original accessories, inserts, and packaging.
Water-exposed products
Products exposed to pool water, seawater, sunscreen, oils, sand, chlorine, moisture, or prolonged inflation may have hygiene and condition-based return restrictions except where law or a verified defect requires a remedy.
Start a return
Email service@arqzelvo.com with the order number, item, reason, and photographs when relevant. Follow the supplied address, packaging, and carrier instructions.
Return shipping
Customers generally cover preference, color, size, capacity, compatibility, or change-of-mind returns. Responsibility for verified wrong, defective, incomplete, or transit-damaged products is reviewed case by case.
Damage and missing parts
Report issues promptly and keep all packaging. Provide photos of the full item, affected area, parcel, label, packaging, valves, seams, and included components where relevant.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection or another agreed resolution. Some shipping, duties, and fees may be non-refundable where lawful.
Exchanges and timing
Exchanges depend on availability and may require a return plus a new order. Financial institutions may need additional days to post a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
